Informational message about the reorganization of “Krasta Auto Vilnius” LLC and “KRASTA AUTO” LLC by the mode of joining

According to the Paragraph 1 of the Article 65 of The Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania, herewith we inform that there have been prepared the Terms of Reorganisation of “Krasta Auto Vilnius” LLC (Legal Form – Limited Liability Company, Code: 302693894, address: Ozo str. 10A, Vilnius) and “KRASTA AUTO” LLC (Legal Form – Limited Liability Company, Code: 121981098, Registered office: Ozo g. 10A, Vilnius). The reorganization shall take place by the mode of joining, by merging “Krasta Auto Vilnius” LLC to “KRASTA AUTO” LLC. “Krasta Auto Vilnius” LLC shall cease its activities, and its rights and obligations, including the rights and obligations under the transactions, shall be transferred to “KRASTA AUTO” LLC, which shall continue its activities, and the transactions shall be included in the accounting of “KRASTA AUTO” LLC from the day of “Krasta Auto Vilnius” LLC removal from the register of the companies of and the registration of the new Articles of Association of “KRASTA AUTO” LLC in the register of the companies, i.e. from the first day of November of this year. Please note that after the reorganization, “KRASTA AUTO” LLC shall become the controller of personal data processed by “Krasta Auto Vilnius” LLC.
